LiveDeal Inc. to Offer Products and Services with Expansion of Platform

LAS VEGAS, NV—April 28, 2014 - LiveDeal Inc. (NASDAQ: LIVE) ("LiveDeal" or the "Company"), a publicly traded company that operates, a geo-location based mobile marketing platform that enables restaurants to publish “real-time” and “instant offers” to nearby consumers, today announced that it will be expanding its existing platform to offer products and services.

Having successfully launched in several major US cities along with the release of both the Company’s Apple iOS and Android Apps, LiveDeal will be expanding the platform to include goods and services in such retail sectors as Fashion & Jewelry, Health & Beauty, Electronics, Home and Children’s products and much more. This broadening of reach coincides with an aggressive campaign to expand in the US and internationally within the $660 billion dining industry.

With an expansion of its deal-engine into products and services, LiveDeal expects significant growth in revenues.  Providing consumers with deals in both the restaurant and retail markets will greatly enhance revenue generating opportunities while at the same time help to grow the Company’s audience exponentially.
