LAS VEGAS, NV − October 21, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) – Jon Isaac, CEO of LiveDeal Inc. (NASDAQ: LIVE)(the “Company” or “LiveDeal”), a publicly traded company that operates livedeal.com, a geo-location based mobile marketing platform that enables restaurants to publish “real-time” and “instant offers” to nearby consumers, may purchase up to 250,000 shares of the Company’s common stock in open-market transactions.  The purchases may commence as early as Thursday, October 23 and may continue thereafter for an indeterminate period of time.  Once complete, Mr. Isaac may consider the purchase of additional shares in subsequent open-market transactions.
