With over 400,000 daily traffic count, the I-10 is considered one of the most travelled freeways in the State of Texas. The tenant specializes in urgent care and workers compensation. With over 300 medical centers in 40 states, Concentra Health Services provides health care to over 30,000 patients each day. The project is valued at $5,000,000.
